Aside from our
Bistro experience, we have a full on site bakery. We specialize in cakes, pies and cookies using all natural ingredients. During the winter time we like the restaurant to smell like our hot, just out of the oven specialty breads (sun-dried tomato and rosemary, 12 grain pumpernickel.) We make specialty cakes, from small occasions to large wedding cakes and we specialize in the whimsical "Topsy Turvy" style cakes. We have a French pastry chef that makes wonderful tarts and mousses and is getting ready to introduce
Asheville to the French Macaroon!! There are many flavors from classical to new unique flavors that will be made available. Also look for our contest this spring where YOU will get a chance to invent a new flavor macaroon. The best flavor picked will win a dozen of the flavored macaroons they invented and have this flavor named in honor of them. We love having our customers/friends involved in what we love to do.
